I bought an X32i ( a $4,000 dollar treadmill) and it has been nothing but problems. They’ve sent 5 parts over the last couple years and it works for a month then something else breaks and they send another part. You are required to replace broken parts so if you buy from this horrendous company I hope you’re handy. The final part they sent was an entirely new motor. When it came to my house I decided I wasn’t comfortable replacing the part myself so I called and it just happened to be that my warranty was expired so they refused to try and send a technician. This company is a SCAM. I would never buy anything from them again. Do yourself a favor and find another company to buy equipment from as this one is a joke!
I ordered a treadmill in treadmill and mat from this company on Sep 6 and it was suppose to ship Sept 16. After many delays I received the treadmill on Oct 20. I also purchased the warranty. I was billed $2285. 89 for the entire order which included $1799. 00 for the treadmill, $50.00 for the mat, $126.94 for the warranty, $199.00 for delivery and $110.95 for tax and have a copy of the invoice. The mat did not ship till later and when they did ship it I was billed another $50.00 plus $3.00 tax. After several tires to reach someone in the company, they said I had to file a billing dispute which I did. I received a notice today stating my claim was denied. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I purchase a treadmill and had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Ordering was easy and delivery was on time. I had this treadmill for over a month now and I am very satisfied with my purchase. Nordic Track is a brand I trust and would recommend to my close friends. I reached out to customer service with questions regarding delivery and I was able to get accurate answers. I have no issues with my treadmill. In exchange for my honest feedback, I received a discounted product.
This bike is very nice and great quality. It did not take long to put together and I love all the features that it has with it. The screen is a very nice size and it is a very clear picture. I like how the bike also came with two three pounds dumb bells that actually has a spot built right in on the bike for them. It also has a place on your bike for your water bottle. The pedals have straps on them to help make your feet secure. The bike also has wheels on it to help securely move it, if need be. I'm very happy with this bike.

I received the ProForm Pro C22 bike and I love it! The set up was very easy and I was able to get the right bike fit for myself. The bike is comfortable, easy to use and the screen is great for seeing for your workout! I find that I get a better workout using this bike than I do actually riding outside. This bike came with a one year subscription to iFit which is fantastic. I would definitely recommend this bike to anyone who enjoys riding and wants a good workout. The only workout I actually enjoy doing is bike riding so this is perfect and you don't have to worry about the weather! I have nothing but great things to say about this company! I recently got a ProForm spin bike and the whole purchase and setup process has been nothing but pleasant. Shipping was extremely quick and the product arrived very well packaged. Set up was a breeze and the bike is nice quality. I did have a few questions and customer service was easy to get ahold of and happy to help. It came with a whole YEAR of iFit which is amazing in itself. I am definitely a happy customer!

Nothing but good things to say about this product and the company. I got a ProForm C22 Bike that comes with iFit free for one year, hich was a big bonus for me. This was my first bike with a program on it such as iFit and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to operate. All of my questions got answered pretty fast and I am very happy with this purchase. I received a discounted product in exchange for my honest feedback.
I gotta say this bike has changed my life! This bike is very afforable for a family, and has helped my entire family get into shape during this pandenmic. I'm a stay at home mom, with not a lot of time on my hands or have help with my family. It is very easy to use, especially for someone out of shape after three kids, and a beginner like me. The bike is comfortable to spin on, is not too large or heavy to move around, yet is strong and sturdy. The classes are engaging and entertaining, helpful that they offer many classes for diffent levels of skill.
I am in love with my new ProForm Pro C22 bike. It is everything I could of wanted and more. It's easily adjustable for anyone of different sizes and shapes. I love the huge touchscreen. It swivels so you are able to use the screen off the bike as well. I am obsessed with the free year of the iFit membership. I have the Pro Form Pro 2000 Smart Treadmill and smart it is. This machine has the ability to fold up and take up minimal space which was a great option form me. Not only does this work my body, but having iFit, it works my mind as well. The work outs and the trainers are amazing, and always providing great directives for mind, body and soul. The screen provides a clear picture, the fan keeps me cool and adjusting the volume is easy no matter the speed. I am extremely thankful to have this machine in my home not only for me, but my son as well. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
Love this bike and the company and the ifit is out of this world has so many options. I received my bike on time and everything was perfect pretty easy to put together and setup for ifit was right on screen I would absolutely refer family and friends
I got the Pro Form Tour de France CBC Bike for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. This was very easy to assemble, all tools included, with detailed instructions. Took under an hour to assemble. This bike is very sturdy, and is smooth running. Fully adjustable for a custom fit. Display is easy to navigate and also doubles as a tablet holder. Included was a subscription to iFit, what an outstanding program, so many options for the beginner to pro.
I got the Proform Pro 2000 Smart Treadmill for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. Solid machine with a great workout program. This Smart treadmill can auto adjust speed, and incline/decline and it tracks your individual progress, making every workout a challenge. Made well, and is very sturdy. I am very pleased with my treadmill. Easy to assembly, and all tools and hardware is included.
I ordered AND PAID for a NordicTrack Elliptical in February 2021 and still HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT.
Despite numerous phone calls, emails, and messages this company cannot, did not and will not accept responsibility or manage to get the machine delivered to me. The delivery company does not answer the phone.

HORRIBLE, MULITPLE CALLS, ON HOLD RIGHT NOW... 30 minutes into it after 5-6 calls that lasted over an hour.

Customer Service is a nightmare... you will end up on hold, if you get to the right department. If you call any of the main numbers, you will end up in the Sales department, and they will answer right away, but when you as for Customer Service, they will tell you "Sorry, I can't help you" and will transfer you to the black hole of waiting and listening to hold music.
For reference, I finally got through to the Returns department after calling twice. The first time I was on hold for 2 hours and hung up without speaking to someone. The second time (the very next day) I was on hold for 2 hours and 3 minutes and finally got connected with someone.
